Service Description
Emergency first aid at work is the immediate care provided to a person suffering from a sudden illness or injury in the workplace until professional medical help arrives. This care is delivered by a trained individual, often through a one-day Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course, which teaches essential life-saving skills like CPR, AED use, treating bleeding, choking, and shock. The goal is to preserve life, prevent the condition from worsening, and promote recovery. Delivered over one day in the classroom or split as 1/2 days online learning followed by 3hrs classroom.
