  • Payment at Time of Purchase: All payments for products must be made in full at the time of purchase. Your order will not be processed and dispatched until we have received full payment.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payment via the methods displayed on our website, which may include credit/debit cards and other secure online payment gateways.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Method: All physical products are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class post.

  • Shipping Costs: The cost of shipping will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery Times: We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving a confirmed payment. Royal Mail 2nd Class typically delivers within 2-3 working days, but this is an estimate and not a guarantee. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or events outside of our reasonable control.

  • Proof of Delivery: For higher value items, we may use a signed-for service to ensure safe delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds Policy

  • Returns Accepted: We accept returns only for items that are damaged upon arrival.

  • Reporting a Damaged Item: If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us in writing (via email to info@effectiveskillstraining.com within 7 working days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and photographic evidence of the damaged product and its packaging.

  • Return Process for Damaged Items:

    • Once we have reviewed your claim and confirmed the damage, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

    • The returned item must be sent back to us using a Royal Mail 2nd Class service. We will reimburse you for the return postage costs upon receipt of the damaged item.

    • The item must be returned in its original packaging (if possible) and in the condition in which it was received.

  • Refunds or Replacements: Upon receiving and inspecting the damaged item, we will offer you the choice of a full refund (including the original postage cost) or a replacement product (subject to availability).

  • No Other Returns: Please note that we do not accept returns for any reason other than a damaged item. This includes, but is not limited to, a change of mind or an incorrect item ordered.

6. Limitation of Liability

Effective Skills Training Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you in respect of all losses arising under these terms and conditions shall not exceed the price of the products purchased.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Effective Skills Training Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
